Arcadia uses a combination of evidence-based treatment modalities to create their signature program. They integrate the spiritual principles of the 12-steps with individual and group therapy utilizing CBT, DBT and motivational interviewing.

Other approaches include Biofeedback, Psychoeducation, Gestalt Theory, Psychodynamic Therapy and rational emotive therapy.
