Circle Tree Ranch is an innovative alcohol and substance abuse treatment center providing an effective program at an affordable cost. The cost of our residential addiction treatment is based upon our 90 day and 7 month length of stay courses, with a medical deposit required for doctor's appointments, prescriptions, etc. (remainder of this deposit is refundable within 60 days of discharge.) Our fee is due upon admission and is payable by check to Amity Foundation in U.S. Dollars, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

We provide Arizona drug and alcohol rehabilitation, and some residents of the State of Arizona may have funding provided by local or state agencies. Individuals who pay privately, whose insurance may consider reimbursement, will be provided with dates of service and an itemized statement to assist the client in filing their own insurance claim.
