CLARE Foundation is a nonprofit organization providing effective and compassionate treatment, recovery, and prevention services for alcoholism and substance abuse to individuals, families and the community.

Everyone seeking recovery from substance abuse will have access to professional, effective, and compassionate treatment in a clean and secure environment that meets the highest standard for healthcare delivery. Everyone in our community will have access to drug and alcohol education and prevention services.

Insurance and Payments:

- Self pay

- Conscious Recovery by CLARE is out-of-network with all insurance companies.

However, we are happy to work with your private PPO insurance plan. We have a full service insurance department and can provide prior authorizations, concurrent reviews and claims processing bill. We go above and beyond in working to get you all possible coverage for our program.
