(A Coed Sober Living Environment) has helped those in alcohol or drug related recovery since 1999. The Del Mar house is unique in the higher level of support offered to residents with a higher degree of accountability for their own recovery.

Each resident is provided with a œGoals Book  which they use to establish recovery, personal and career goals. An assistant to the director is on-site four days a week and transportation to some local 12-step meetings is available.

The local recovery community offers an eclectic mix of individuals who are professionals in their careers, long-term residents and visitors. The home is within walking distance to the beach and has a beautiful view of the ocean.
