How much does New Horizon Recovery - Encinitas cost?

Based on my experience with New Horizon Recovery, I would NOT recommend it. Their advertisements are deceptive. They do NOT have a staff of doctors, psychiatrists etc. working at the facility, as they promote on the website. There is no daily schedule. They do not offer a comprehensive treatment program. In reality, every counselor brings their own material, making it is very haphazard. They promote that they are a "social model community". This means that the burden of recovery is on YOUR shoulders. The social model is used by state-funded treatment programs (that are free of charge in San Diego) because those places can't afford intensive one-on-one counseling. But this place charges $15,000. Despite charging so much, New Horizon Recovery does not have a trained person doing the intake on you. It is done by the owner, who has no credentials. Totally unprofessional. Totally scary.
