This place is a scam.. claim drugs and alcohol were the problem, But they are the problem.

This place was a total scam.4700 Reeder Ave. Oxnard California 93030..Manager /owner Manny takes donations for the houses residences then puts donations online to sell washer dryer, house vans. . These people run scams the talk a individuals family into paying for a month in advance no refunds and when you get there there is no program. Just a group substances abusers hiding behind program and bible. They even let people convicted of sex crimes use alias to move in to avoid Megan Law and less than 2000 feet from school compliance codes. Dang informants sentenced to sober living house play p.s. Games with those seriously trying to straighten out a little. They put 4 to 6 persons in one bedroom and charge 600 plus for b.s. Program. Worked minimal wage job to pay for rent. Government informants meet with their law enforcement handlers there.
