The ANVIL Sober Living, known as œThe ANVIL , is a transitional living facility for individuals who are recovering from alcohol or substance abuse to return to their daily normal lives and become productive members of the community.

We strive to erase the residues in the memory of a person of his past substance abuse by:

1. Changing from an unstructured life to a structured life, through carefully designed activities
2. Improving physical fitness, by providing fitness equipment on and off site
3. Ensuring 12-step program is followed with a sponsor, along with AA/NA meeting attendance
4. Nurturing emotional stability through 1:1 discussions and entertainment activities
5. Enhancing spiritual health through group discussions and meditation
6. Ensuring consistent sobriety through random and regular substance abuse tests
