The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) Support for Treatment and Recovery Services (STARS) Division's goal is to provide persistent, incremental improvements in the quality and effectiveness of substance use disorder treatment which results in better recovery for more people.
