ExtraCare Health Services, LLC was founded in 1991 by Executive Director, John Kelly. Our outpatient drug and alcohol counseling centers provide an individualized approach to treatment, with a strong emphasis on building self-esteem in our clients and helping empower them to take effective control of their lives.
