Koala Recovery Solutuions draws on 20 years of experience providing sober living residences in the Tampa Bay area. Koala House was founded in 1994 by Tom Matthews and has become an integral part of the recovery community in Central Florida. Our experience has provided us with guidance in developing the Koala Recovery Solutions outpatient program.
