Fort HealthCare’s IBHPs are psychologists that understand the connection between the mind, body and spirit, as well as the impact of these areas on a person’s health. They can help you and your PCP develop treatment plans for smoking cessation, unhealthy eating, physical inactivity, alcohol use, or other necessary lifestyle changes. The IBHP can also help you to develop skills to effectively manage social, emotional or behavioral difficulties.
