Transition House Inc., is honored and humbled by our men and women veterans' dedication and unwavering commitment to freedom and to our country.

We thank you for your service from our newest veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan to our older veterans who served in World War II.

We are here to help homeless veteran men and women with alcohol and drug addictions.

Transition House and VA Medical Center work together to foster the recovery of men and women in the veteran's program.
