At Reis Coaching, I provide a special service to those who are contemplating abstinence or have started on their road to recovery and want to make sure they have the best possible chance to succeed. I understand that making the decision to quit is complicated. If you are leaving a structured treatment program, settling back into your life can be overwhelming.

As a recovery coach, I use a strength based approach with my clients to help them utilize their core values, assets and strengths while I coach them to success.

I focus on the present and the future with my clients and assist them with many issues while navigating through all stages of recovery.

I will help guide you or your loved ones as you begin the journey of recovery. I believe that clients who are clear about their life goals are better able to achieve and maintain a great life, healthy living and long-term recovery. I offer coaching for any stage of recovery as well as coaching for families recovering along with their loved one.
