A private non-profit organization located in the heart of Frederick, Maryland, Gale Recovery, Inc., offers life changing residential treatment programs for recovery from the diseases of alcoholism and drug dependency.

Since opening the doors of our first halfway house in 1976, Gale Recovery has effectively served more than 3,000 men and women.

Our mission is to provide safe and secure housing, supportive counseling and individual case management focused on our clients' continued recovery from substance abuse, while fostering independence and self-sufficiency
