There are many ways to support the work of WellStone Behavioral Health and enhance the local availability of high quality prevention, treatment, and recovery services for those who face the challenges of a mental health and/or substance use disorder.  Outpatient counseling is available for a wide variety of behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and attention deficit disorder, adjustment issues with family and friends, and school difficulties. Outpatient sessions are available on an individual basis, in a group setting, or as a family. Sessions are conducted according to a mutually agreed upon plan of care and are typically available weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly.
