Description

We own and operate seven Community-Based Residential Facilities (CBRF) in various communities across Wisconsin to serve individuals who are referred by the county of their residence. We build programs and staff them with trained professionals who serve residents and address their specific needs as identified by the county. Our programs are CCS-reimbursable by the state when the primary diagnosis is mental health. In addition, these programs meet all state regulatory licensing requirements.
