The Carpenter House
The carpenter house is exclusively a men's sober home located in South Minneapolis a few blocks away from the Global Market near Lake Street and 35W. The Carpenter House is named in memorial of Nick Carpenter, a loyal employee and friend of New Spirit Homes, President and Founder.

The Morris House
The Morris Home is an exclusively men’s sober home.
The house is named in memorial of John Morris, a close and personal friend of founder of New Spirit Home’s.

Merlin's House
Merlin's house is a men's only sober home named in honor of the founder of New Spirit Homes father Reverend Merlin Bartelt.

Cost:

It depends on the location and if you choose a shared or private room. Participation fees start at $350 for a shared room and $550 for a private room. A sober deposit of $250 is also required. Payment of sober deposit and participation fee is due before move in and will secure a room for you prior to move in.
