PORT Human Services is a Critical Access Behavioral Health Agency (CABHA) licensed by the State of North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS).

We are a private, nonprofit that provides service and support for residents of North Carolina who seek assistance with Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Intellectual/Developmental Disability issues.
