Description

Day Top has 13 residential centers offering treatment for adolescents and adults. Programs emphasize peer support and feedback in a highly structured family-like environment known as a Therapeutic Community.

Day Top offers a multidisciplinary holistic treatment program including individual and group counseling, family therapy, art feelings workshops, informational seminars, medical and mental health services, relapse prevention support, vocational or job training, and recreational activities.

Exercise is available but not mandatory, with the larger centers having gyms and exercise facilities and the smaller ones having exercise rooms.
