We are a private, nonprofit that provides service and support for residents of North Carolina who seek assistance with Substance Abuse, Mental Health and Intellectual/Developmental Disability issues.

At PORT, we hold strong to the belief that mental illness and substance dependence are treatable and that each individual in our care is capable of achieving the outcomes they desire in all areas of life. We also believe that all individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities should be granted the opportunity to reach their fullest potential and be active participants of our community.
