The Chemical Dependency - Intensive Outpatient Program (CD-IOP) through The Centre for Behavioral Health at Porter Adventist Hospital is a 12-week program that provides comprehensive treatment for individuals with a pattern of substance abuse or dependency.

Our team of clinicians helps to identify specific individual, medical, and psychological needs and facilitate a rehabilitation plan that helps lead participants to long term recovery.

The program uses evidence-based curricula, incorporating the 12-Steps, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) methods into the IOP structure.
