Our Homes allow our residents the opportunity to stabilize and adjust to a new way of life, while supported by likeminded peers. Our success is based on consistency, structure and fellowship.

Timely Payment of Move In Costs and Monthly Fee

The monthly sobriety fee that is charged to each housemate is $500 per month, due on the 1st, but no later than the 4th. This covers the housing and utilities of the fully furnished homes. The housemates are only needing their personal clothing, toiletries and food. There is limited space in the homes, so individuals with additional personal belongings or storage items need to use offsite storage. We do not provide storage in addition to their dresser and closet provided. All of the rooms are double occupancy and we are only set up for men at this time, though we are looking to expand into housing for ladies as well. There are no overnight guests allowed at the homes and there is a clear review of all of our rules and regulations with each potential housemate before they move in.
