The cost of Square One services depends upon each individual's assessment and individual treatment plan.

Square One programs are covered by most major health insurance plans, however only a portion of your costs may be covered by insurance. The amount covered varies from plan to plan. 

Square One will do it's best to estimate the cost of treatment at time of admission.

Treatment fees must be paid for by the end of the treatment program. Square One offers flexible financing, our Financial Manager can help determine insurance eligibility or where insurance is not available, help make financial arrangements.
