In dollar amount, it costs around $5000. The amount of damage they will cause to the reputation of your loved one will result in collateral damage in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Do not use Carefrontations unless your loved one has nothing going for them, ie. no career, no spouse, no kids. If left to them they will make sure that your loved one loses everything ! So great if you want to take someone down a peg, or if they are already at rock bottom this place is perfect !

How much does CAREfrontations cost?

I would not recommend this intervention company at all, especially because they will charge you $5000 regardless if your loved one says yes or no. You would be better off asking someone from AA to come and talk with your loved one, and offer to take them to a meeting. Then go to Al-Anon and get support for the family. Scott, (a former cop and drug user who is the owner of the company and the interventionist) said he has enough years of sobriety where he does not have to work a 12 step program (which is a red flag because addiction is a lifelong disease and working a program of recovery is a lifelong process). He believes it is ok to lie to the person who he is trying to convince of rehab, then when the person gets to that rehab they find out what he told them about the rehab is not true. For example, “You have to leave today because this rehab has a long waiting list.” “You’ll love it there, there’s even yoga on the beach!” Both things were not true. He will pressure the family to force the person to hit rock bottom, and ruin family relationships in the process. 12 step programs work, and rehabs are great, but this interventionist will create chaos in the family, with his lies and manipulation.
